About the event

I'm pleased to announce that I will be returning to the Netherlands in May to host an event similar to the one I conducted in September last year. This will be a two-day event featuring three exceptional models. To ensure ample shooting time for everyone, we are limiting participation to just six photographers per day. You have the option to join for one or both days.

Currently, we have confirmation on two models who will be gracing our event. The first one is the ever-charming Yoana Nikolova. She is widely recognized for her consistent positive outlook and cheerful personality, which never fails to light up the room. Yoana's posing skills and body control are nothing short of exceptional, a testament to her professional background in gymnastics. This unique skill set allows her to effortlessly capture the essence of every moment, making her an integral part of our event. Her gymnastics experience shines through in her work, adding a dynamic and captivating quality to her poses.

Our second model, Nici, is truly exceptional. Her intense focus, combined with her unwavering professionalism and vast experience, make her an absolute delight fro shoot. She understands the magic of capturing the perfect shot, and her dedication to her craft shines through in every project she undertakes. Her attention to detail and ability to adapt to varying shooting conditions make her a reliable choice for any photoshoot. With Nici, photographers can expect a smooth, enjoyable experience filled with creativity and high-quality results.

Last but not least we have Margo. Known for her unique look and expressive poses, Margo is a real source of inspiration. Her ability to channel emotions and encapsulate the essence of a scene through her posing is truly remarkable. While I haven't had the chance to directly collaborate with Margo, the feedback I've received about her work has been overwhelmingly positive. 

This is a photo event, not a regular workshop, so the emphasis will be on shooting time. Participants will be grouped into pairs, each with a model to inspire creativity. We will rotate the groups, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to shoot with each model, which guarantees a lot of shooting time.

My role is to provide assistance, share innovative concepts, and ignite your creativity. My aim is to ensure you leave with extraordinary, one-of-a-kind photographs of our trio of exquisite, professional models. This unique setting further enhances the visual appeal and distinctiveness of your captures. Let's transform your vision into reality together!

The location

The highlight of this event, apart from the models, is the amazing location. Our expansive studio features several rooms, each with its distinct style. Additionally, there's a large "factory" section providing a rugged backdrop for our shoots. Take a look at the photos below. The four black and white photos were captured by me in the factory area during last year's event.

Knowledge and equipment

To participate, no special knowledge or skill level is required; however, you must be able to shoot independently at all times. While I'll be there to help and provide advice as needed, it's essential for you to operate without continual assistance. When it comes to equipment, you don't need much. I suggest lenses of 50mm, 85mm, 24-70mm, 70-200mm, or similar. Ideally, your lens should have a focal length between 50mm and less than 100mm. As we'll be shooting in natural light, it's beneficial to have a prime lens with a large maximum aperture or a zoom lens with a 2.8 aperture.

Where and how to get there

The location is situated in a place called Dongen, near the Belgium border and not too far from Germany. For instance, it's less than a 2.5-hour drive from Cologne. If you're flying in, you can land in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or Eindhoven, and cover the remaining distance by train. From Amsterdam and Rotterdam, the train to Breda is available. From Eindhoven, you can journey to Tilburg. Pick-ups from these locations will be organized as needed. Additionally, there are several hotels I can recommend for anyone planning to stay overnight and participate on both days. Don't hesitate to ask if you need any information regarding travel possibilities.
